Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing? Do you have anything with clearer pictures? I'm not convinced on this one!

No, I didn't make it! i'll have a look over the weekend to see if there's any more stuff about it in other magazines, we have a huge stack of them here from the 1970 and 80s. My atlas doesn't have Vinnyts'ka or Lypovets'kyi, so I don't know if they even exist.

Maybe its partve some mag scam or publicity movie tie-in stunt. Supposedly Milius wanted something like this in the movie or for publicity. Some fictional archeological findings to prove that Conan did exist some 10,000 years ago in Russia. Aside from that, seems like a crock of shit!

Ok guys - i have been able to find this - it took me all weekend going through a huge pile of old magazines - this if from a mag called "The Archaeologist" dated 21 November 1975 - that's about four years BEFORE the one I posted earlier. I just think it's an amazing coincidence. I can't think of any other explanation. Has anyone else out there got anything they can add to this?

That second pic with the artefact is clearly a hoax. I've participated in several archaeological campaigns and can tell that no object could look so clean and brand new after 10 000 (or even 500) years in the ground. But great job anyway !

Look, this is silly - there is no film. Someone is trying to make us think (a) all the designs in CTB are copied from real stuff... OR (b) CTB is a true story. Yes, these magazine things look real, but... Duhhhhhh.......

Well I think we already know there isn't any fucking film but since this Russian (or Martian, whatever) new friend offers a (customized) video, THAT IS SO WELCOME! I think this is an excellent idea, call it fan fiction or whatever

Hi folks, This whole snakes thing is interesting: my wife and I stayed in Kiev last year and we did a trip with friends out to some little town in the mountains. At a market I bought a loaf of traditional bread they make there for a local saint's festival. We thought it was an odd thing, but I never noticed how it looked like the Cult Of Set snakes before. I can't recommend it - it was terrible bread!

At first I thought it was the fossil of a croissant. Which makes me think...... EY, WHAT COULD BE THE TRUE ORIGINS OF THE CROISSANTS???? MAYBE SET WAS INVOLVED UH????????? Surely those were created by the cult back in the Neolithic, with the purpose of introducing the very same Set symbol in the burgueous daily life. Such a terrible conspiracy. All this things start to make real sense. Don't U SEE IT??? C'mon, everybody, say: YES! Now, the french guys, say: OUI! And now in spanish: SI! Alltogether: YES WE SEE!
