And I think RON COBB also was involved at some point. So, it was like a hundred of artists and designers involved in the design and developement of the creature. You are right, would be great to know the whole story of the design -so many stupid books of all these franchises and none of them any good...-

Thats interesting, Turd. Dino-Riders was a decent series and the toys for their time were high quality. Frank Brunner is also a Frazetta fan? His female form drawing seems to indicate that I guess.

I guess Brunner likes Frazetta very much, yes. But from Stout to Frank Cho, who doesn't?

HAHA Krang, yeah. Although the brain alien does resemble the Predator upper cranium, even has that ring like thing thats extends from the browridges all the way around the head. Except on the Preds the dreadlock-like hair extends out from underneath:

STOUT has made some concept art for Guillermo Del Toro's "AT THE MOUNTAIN OF MADNESS" project, based on Lovecraft's novel: http://www.deltorofilms.com/WilliamStout.php Now I would wish GIGER was also doing stuff for that movie...

I would like to see Munro's version done in a model form or used in a movie.

Will Stout did this: Designed 12 "Factasaurus" bumpers for the "DINK THE LITTLE DINOSAUR" Saturday morning animated series; also painted background and titles. That "DINK" series was a total rip-off of "THE LAND BEFORE TIME" movie which by the way was hugely inspired on Stout. That "Land before..." spawned a series of vomitive and never ending sequels of amazing success thinking they were so extremely bad it gave cancer to a whole generation. The later Disney movie "DINOSAUR" was also a total rip off of "THE LAND BEFORE TIME". And Stout also worked on that Disney one.
