Please help me

Hi I have been a fan of Conan for a very long time now. It was the first movie I ever saw in the cinema when I was 3 years old. (my dad had no right to take a 3 year old to this movie but he did and I love him for it).
I have been obsessed with it ever since and like alot of you on this forum I can recite the entire movie in my head.
My old man also had boxes upon boxes of the comics along with various novels.

Well I came across this image on the web and it led me to this site. I plan on getting it tattooed and was wondering if anyone in here
A: knows the artist or
B: has a higher resolution version of it.

It's from artist William Stout who made a lot of pre-production work with Ron Cobb on Conan the Barbarian back in 1979-1980. He met Ron Cobb at the ABA Convention (American Booksellers Association, I think it was in LA) on summer 1979 and joined the pre-production team shortly after. It's in fact a "special" christmas card from 1979. William Stout made many sketches and paintings for Conan, while Cobb drew in particular on graph paper.
