| It appears that this thread has been dead for a few months.
Looking at all that's been posted is quite astonishing. I can't understand half of it, but the interest value is really high! I love the comparisons and such.
I really wish they had put a 'year' number for post dates. Some say August, and October. Could be from 2008-2009, even 2010?! OR even 2006-07. I don't know how old this site is. It makes me upset when I don't know how long ago something was posted. Then I have no clue if it's an old argument or not. Apologizes for my rant!

| Glad you enjoyed this. Yeah, this might definitely be the most epic thread on the forum. Kudos to Cromulus, his creator. | |

| I agree that there is a lot of Ancient Greek references in the Symbolism. It's also in the music, in the "Kitchen" scene, just before the palace orgy/battle, the lyrics of the opera singing are about Haephestus, the crippled Greek god of Fire and trades, and Blacksmithing. They go something along the lines of; Go see Hephastus, bring him food, down in the bowels of hell, stinking doom"
something along those lines, you can find the translation on youtube
