The make-up effects on that reptoid/apoid creature wasnt to good. Great piece of music there by basil though.
*The new Indiana Jones with the aliens reminds me of that scene actually, when all aliens merg in to one. The Skeletons were positioned much like the Atlantean King in CTB as well.

When you read the article you surely find funny the coments of Arnold... He talks about the "development of the character"... Ha ha ha haa!
Also here is explained the reason why Arnold looks so deformed... Fleisher asked him to get "more definition"... Shit, the man just didn't look healthy, he was so full of steroids...

Yeah, i have this article. Arnold was clearly on Fliescher's balls while making this film, probably the same way he was with Milius with the first movie.
I dont like Arnold build in CTD, nor his wig or fake blue eyes. I actually thought he looked better in CTB, very powerful but more natural(despite obvious still on steroids). His face looked better in Red Sonja than either CONAN film for some reason, maybe he had work done by then.
