The Gladiator one looks really great.

Yeah, it's a very good one. I also like the expression in the orgy one, has maniac eyes.

I like the orgy one more. I always wanted a Conan figure who looks like Arnold and is qualitative and don`t look silly. I read they will release some other too.

I've been looking forward to their planned articulated action figures, but so far zip news or previews.

Hi, i got them already and im living in Austria, they where really fast.
There both nice made with many details, and for that price its really worth.

Interesting, but, at that price, I'm not impressed. 1/4 scale is too big for me anyway, yet I'm still interested in the smaller figures. I really tried to stop the action figure collecing, and I don't really digg plastic statues. however, i am still thinking about these two. I think I'll wait and see what else is released, for I can't bring myself to have a half dozen figures around the house. One really great one would be good enough.

I have to agree with them. The skin really doesn`t fit, the statue is way to pale, also the facial epxression doesn`t convince me a 100%.
The rest is good, but for 325 $ I want something really good.

But I will definately get the Orgy One from Neca.

I agree, the skin color isnt peach, he looks dead or like Sith flesh,lol. I havent watched CONAN in a bit(blasphemy i know), but I recall whitish or pale sandish color being used as partve the camo scheme. I think maybe they confused it for his natural skin tone..

Actually I wasn't looking at the prize but I think the premium figure is a pretty good one in terms of quality, with real fur, pants and scabbard. Also the atlantean weapon looks great in my opinion. It's a pretty ghoslty image and I guess the pale clean skin and the peaceful expression helps to balance the gory sword and the blood. And I guess the pale skin is nothing but that white paint they used in the orgy scene, isn't it? In terms of prize, ok this figure is crap but I'm not going to buy a 300 $ freaky nothing even it is Valeria exposing his amazing AS***LE.

The other figures are very nice in prize, imo. Maybe I will buy the samurai if it's great enough.

Funny cuz I was seraching for some Conan info in google and found a commentary in a "Human Biodiversity Discussion Forum" -kinda strange place, about races and some other shit -. They were talking about a supposed "homosexual White Power subculture" and then labelled them as "Conan fans"

I guess you fell on one of those place where old (very old) interpretation of things can still be found. I personaly can't see the point between Conan, Waffen SS and homosexuality. I think this debate is too old to be reopened here, but I guess we could create a thread to create a listing of that kind of websites.

Long ago I found one site where they listed pro-white movies, "Conan the barbarian" was on his list though they didn't pay too much attetion to it. They didn't even mention the name of the director or whatever... But anyway all the whole concept was so mongoloid, as they were just labelling as pro-white any fucking movie they enjoyed as long as it didn't have any black or jewish who got out alive. They said "Fight Club" was pro-white for example.

I have an interest in anthropology and life sciences..some sites are just low brow and a place to express verious Racial-politics, some legit others whackjob . That forum is terrible.

Howard, like many in the era(or even today yet)were into the "Aryan-Nordic" idea..HG Wells was as well which certainly inspired Howard's writings to a great extent. Howard I also think was deeply into Theosophy and Blavatsky --although not sure if he just used this all this Mystical Racial stuff to sound hip cause it was popular at the time, used it to create good fiction or truly believed in it.
