Anybody know whereabouts on the chronological timeline of the film King Osric's death scene was cut from? Be interesting to know why his guards killed him, too...

They killed him because they were secretly disciples of Thulsa Doom. As far as "where" the scene was to have occurred in the film, not sure...

In the novelization of the movie it takes place right after Conan´s resurrection from the tree of woe, so I guess in the movie it´ll go after the"recovery" scene, when he´s practicing with the sword.

Makes perfect sense, since the reason of Doom to kill Osric would be that he had discovered Osric secretedly hired thieves to steal Yasimina. And that would only happen after Conan attacked him for the first time.
