The main picture he is using to sell that piece is NOT an Albion sword, it is a Marto. I know this because that is a photo of MY Marto on the floor of MY spare bedroom. You can see it in my online museum HERE. (<--click)

He didn't even bother to remove my Username (lower left-hand corner) from the pic before he posted it.

Whoever that is, is from, Berkhamsted, United Kingdom. Do you have any enemies there? LOL

Seriously, I'd contact ebay and let them know. Could be a blatant fraud rather than something innocent as being a complete lazy ass and not getting your own photo of your own sword for sale. Whoever it is only has two transactions of selling.

I contacted the seller (to give him the opportunity to remove the photo) before I even responded to the original post here.
If he hasn't changed it by tomorrow evening, I'll be contacting e-Bay.

He added some new pics, and it is an Albion on the new photos

I think it's very awkward to post photos of a Marto when an Albion is for sell....

Yeah, he PM'd me & pointed out how he appended the auction description to state that the first picture (mine) was only for reference, & not a photo of the actual piece that was for sale (he said he doesn't know how to remove the photo from the auction once bidding has begun). He offered to end the auction & re-list without my photo if I wanted him to.

I told him we were cool, since he added the clarification in the description.

He finally removed it.

Actually I think e-Bay whacked it.
