| So, is there anything out there? The only thing I found was: 1) a novelization and 2) a comic-adaptation of the film by Dark Horse don't even know if it's finally avaiable or not...) What about action figures? Nothing, right? I wonder why. It's weird. It cannot be related to the crash of the film. Merchandise (including action figures) is always made BEFORE the films are aired. So, what happened???? Why did they make a Conan film and don't worry on creating some figures line, or related merchandise??? | |

| There's also a "REH best-of" mass market paperback Conan the Barbarian: The stories that inspired the movie with Momoa on the cover. http://www.amazon.com/Conan-Barbarian-stories-inspired-movie/dp/034553123X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314679657&sr=8-1 For the movie swords, it will be here: http://filmswords.com/conan/conan3dmain.htm http://filmswords.com/conan/conan3ddiary.htm The people from Paradox were at Howard Days. They said that they were discussing with several companies, that they had no deal yet for toys because they're hard to sell when a movie is R-rated, but that they were expecting a deal for the sequel, etc... So since the movie is a flop, you won't see a sequel, nor movie toys. | |

Honestly, cannot believe that. NECA, MCFARLANE. Companies wich have been producing action figures for adult geeks for a decade. NECA did the last "PREDATORS" toyline. "Texas chainsaw massacre", "Aliens", "Hellraiser"... Mcfarlane did some of the goriest action figures ever. And there are more than a couple more of adult-oriented toy companies out there. How is that they think "Clash of the Titans" action foigures will surely have buyers, and a "Conan " movie won't???? Aren't there Conan fans out there to more than justify a toyline????? After all, the very same NECA did the Milius Conan figures a couple of years ago. Truly, this is extremely weird. Something odd happened and they are not telling us. This whole project was covered on uinthatherium shit.

| Agreed. They probably botched the negotiations. | |

| Neca figurines were OK, but they're just book ends. I prefer fully possible action figures. Neca shouldve went the distance and made a Conan 1982 series and a Frazetta line. | |

Some company indeed made a Frazetta line some years back. Pretty good figures, but today they are sold at absurd prices. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Death-Dealer-2-Masters-Arts-Figure-Frazetta-/390198706118 And NECA, well they canceled the Milius' CTB line after 3 Arnold figures (and 2 variants). They had more figures on the table, wich were never made (a SAMURAI CONAN for example wich I would have killed to have). They could also have made some other characters, like Valeria, Doom and maybe Subotai. That would have rock. But Neca is weird in their choices... It's weird they decided to make 3 Arnold figures and no other different character... They made a PRINCESS BRIDE line with only 1 figure, and never made one of IÑIGO MONTOYA or ANDRE THE GIANT, who were absultely the stars of that movie. Weird.

| well, as someone once said "stupid is, as stupid does". If they reckon no one wants a valeria figure anyway, as opposed to that bland what's her name from the 3d film | |
