Here is A list of A few of them.

1)After Conan's Father is Killed and his Village set on Fire. One of the Picts (who was in the start of the movie) comes back and tries to sneaks up on conan. Conan Kill him.

2)The fight scene at Zlngaran Slave Colony was A bit longer. With Conan killing more people.

3)Khalar (Stephen Lang) has A fight scene with some Monks At the Shaipur Monastery. In the movie you see him put away his sword but we don't see him fighting.

4)When Conan and Tamara(Rachel Nichols) talk around A camp fire there was some dialog cut out.

5)The fight scene at Shaipur Bay Outpsost had the Women Archers in it. Jason Momoa says "Remember when we had the Archers in there."

6)After the fight At Shaipur Bay OutPost, Conan escapes by jumping into the ocean. When he is back on the boat he is sick after Marique(Rose Mc Gown) Poisoned him, Tamara attends to him.

7)At Khor kalba Marique had some dialog cut out and Khalar plays a flute.

8)Tamara being prepare for the Sacrifice

9)When Conan Goes to rescue Tamara in Khalar's Castle there was some footage left out inside A maze under the Castle.

10)There was an Alternate Ending shot where Tamara dies at the end of the movie. Marique had stabbed and poisoned her. At the end of the movie she falls off Conan horse. She is on the grass and dies in Conan's arms. She is then buried on a Funeral pyre.

11)At the bar in Messantia Artus breaks A man arm when they are arm wrestling.The delete scene take place before this scene

Gisella Marengo played Khalar wife. She is only is the movie A few seconds might she have some more footage shot ?

It was be good if there was more footage of Alina Puscau.
