Conan weekend box office

Was it supposed to be a box office smash? it would have been nice if it was, but it's no surprise that it wasn't. Are any of these movies outside of Lord of the Rings box office smashes? Box office success is determined by the attendance in a theater, not if they liked the movie.

Conan 1982
Highlander
Blood of Heroes
Enter the Dragon
Dragon Slayer
Clash of the Titans (original)
All of the Sinbad movies
The Boondock Saints
etc..

Great movies, eons away from box office hits, favorite of reviewers, and nowhere near the conversation of Oscars. it's what makes them Cult Movies..because they have cult followings.

Wow...what an utterly uninspired waste of film.

I'm a huge fan of the Milius film, even with it's numerous flaws, but I still went to this one open minded and objective.

Horrible costuming, lousy writing, lousy character development terrible fight choreography, and the music left MUCH to be desired...

All I can say is, this really makes the '82 film look that much better!
